"Hold" as backlight switch (podzilla)

This patch modifies podzilla so that it will turn off backlight when you switch on hold and switch backlight back on when you switch off hold. It's nice for saving battery when you switch on hold to put your iPod into your pocket. Get it here: podzilla_hold-backlight.diff
