Warning: This file type may contain malicious code. By executing it, your system may be compromised.

Macintosh264 has written a small shell script to install and run Installer 2 for you on Debian-based GNU/Linux systems, and has only been tested on Ubuntu 8.10.

Just open a terminal (<alt>+F1, gnome-terminal, xterm), and type these lines:

% wget http://www.ipodlinux.org/w/images/7/7d/Installer2Linux.txt
% chmod +x ./Installer2Linux.txt
% ./Installer2Linux.txt

The first line downloads the script, the second makes it able to run, and the third runs it.

Presto! Just type in your password and let the script run.
