WorldClock
From wikiPodLinux
The iPod Linux world clock works as follows...
First, you need to set the time zone and current DST state via the Settings menu. This will give us the local deltas for determining what the other location's time will be. It should be noted that the local timezone and local time are independant currently. If your clock is set for Midnight, with your timezone set for US Eastern, and you change your timezone (or DST setting) to Kenya, the time will still read Midnight. This is a known issue with the current time/clock/timezone implementation.
If you were to set your local timezone to US Eastern, with the current time as Midnight, then change the "World Clock" timezone to Iraq, and view the "World Clock" instead of "Local Clock", it will show the current time and date in Iraq.
I realize that this may be non-intuitive, but it's an adequate implementation for now, until another method is implemented.
